Because of the large numbers involved and the need to give advanced notice to the chef,
the hotel is offering a choice of either a meat or vegetarian option for the main course
but otherwise a set menu which is:

STARTER

 Cream of woodland mushroom soup with a Stilton Rarebit
For those with a mushroom or cheese allergy: Tomato Soup with a Roll & Butter

MAIN

Duo of English Lamb, slow roast shoulder and lamb medallion, tomato & herb
crushed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, warm tomato & shallot dressing


OR

Lemon & Thyme Asparagus, pan fried rosti potato, pea shoots
and soft cheese and truffle oil.

PUDDING

Chilled lemon souffle, raspberry sorbet, tuille biscuit
